Terms & Conditions

Customers / Students:

All courses are booked for the specified dates and are non-transferable. No course booking is confirmed before payment is received. The student may cancel the booking at any time up to 28 days prior to the course start date by either going on-line and changing the date of the course or calling Prosurf Extreme to arrange a different date. The students Prosurf Extreme account will then be credited with the amount due to them minus an administrative charge of 25 GBP.

Students should be punctual and available at each start of session. Those who do not attend the sessions booked in for, will lose those sessions and this is non-refundable. Note that non-attendance of any part of parts of the course may render the next scheduled-in session unable to be carried out due to missed teaching of knowledge / skills. This will also be non-refundable. An opportunity may be provided to join missed sessions at the next available course, but this is provided there will be no disruption of this next available course and is at the absolute discretion of Prosurf Extreme whose decision shall be final.

Prosurf Extreme will provide tuition and all the equipment required for the student to undertake the course.

The student must accept that all courses are weather dependent and that this may adversely affect your course. If in the judgement of Prosurf Extreme a course is unable to start due to the weather conditions, or because safety could be compromised for any reason, students will be offered a credit in respect of any days owed to them by Prosurf Extreme.

It is then the responsibility of the student to contact Prosurf Extreme within 3 months to re-arrange their booking. No refunds will be paid. In the event of a course that has started being abandoned through changing weather conditions, students will be offered where possible the following:

  • On a day course where a half-day is lost, a half-day will be offered on a future course.
  • On a part completed three-day course (day and a half or less) an in-fill on the final day of a future course will be offered. If two days are completed a free training day session will be offered. Note: It is then the responsibility of the student to contact Prosurf Extreme within 3 months to re-arrange their booking. All decisions regarding the running or cancellation of any course are at the absolute discretion of Prosurf Extreme whose decision shall be final.


Any Windsurf equipment provided under the Hotel "Inclusive Windsurf Facility" usage agreement that is free of hire charge, is provided on a "first come, first served basis". Equipment may be used provided that the Windsurf Service has been paid for the duration of use prior to use, and that the customer is staying at Nyali Beach Hotel, and that the customer can already windsurf and has certification to prove this. If they have no certification, they can take a short ability safety assessment to ensure safe and proper use of the equipment. There is a limit on equipment provided for this use that is stipulated by the Hotel which is a selection of x20 rigs and windsurf boards for varying standards. It is your responsibility to make any equipment enquiries as to what may be available prior to arrival.

Students are required to notify Prosurf Extreme on the attached form at the time of booking the course of any medical condition suffered by them that may be relevant to the activity to be undertaken on the course. All information given will be treated with strict confidentiality.

Students must be aware that all power kite sports and water sports are potentially dangerous and are undertaken entirely at the student’s own risk. By ticking the box on the booking page the student confirms that he/she has read and understood these booking conditions and fully accept the same.

When you send Prosurf Extreme a contact us form or make an online Booking Enquiry we need to know basic personal information such as your name and e-mail address. This information is used by Prosurf Extreme to respond to your request for information.

We gather this information to allow us to process your request for information. The relevant information is then used by us to communicate with you.

We may also use aggregate information and statistics for the purposes of monitoring web site usage in order to help us develop the web site and our services. These statistics will not include information that can be used to identify any individual.  Once you have used our services, your contacts may be added to a monthly newsletter inviting you to benefit from other Prosurf Extreme special offers on courses of the same type that may be of interest to you. You will be able to deselect your name from the database at any time.

2. How we protect your information

The internet is not a secure medium. However we have put in place various security procedures as set out in this policy.

When you contact  Prosurf Extreme  via email, the contact us form, or via your CV submission, the personal information transmitted by this web site are the details you enter into that form, this is transferred between your computer and the webserver. We also keep your information confidential. The internal procedures of Prosurf Extreme cover the storage, access and disclosure of your information.  

3. Sale of business

If this business is sold or integrated with another business your details may be disclosed to our advisers and any prospective purchasers and their advisers and will be passed on to the new owners of the business.

4. Updating your details

If any of the information that you have provided to  Prosurf Extreme  changes, for example if you change your e-mail address, name or payment details or if you wish to cancel your registration, please let us know the correct details by contacting us via the website contact us page.

5. Your consent

By submitting your information you consent to the use of that information as set out in this policy. If we change our privacy policy we will post the changes on this page, and may place notices on other pages of the web site, so that you may be aware of the information we collect and how we use it at all times. We will also e-mail you should we make any changes so that you may consent to our use of your information in that way. Continued use of the service will signify that you agree to any such changes.

Owing to the global nature of the Internet infrastructure, the information you provide may be transferred in transit to countries outside the European Economic Area that do not have similar protections in place regarding your data and its use as set out in this policy. However, we have taken the steps outlined above to try to improve the security of your information. By submitting your information you consent to these transfers.

Corporate Account Holders:

Services may be provided by Prosurf Extreme through third party travel companies or booking agents approved by Prosurf Extreme. Credit may be supplied to these approved organisations known as Corporate Accounts.

In accepting the offer of credit, the Corporate Accounts are required to make payment to Prosurf Extreme as per the following terms and conditions: 

Where there is no standing agreement indicating otherwise, all Corporate Accounts are required to make payment as per the settlement terms stipulated on the invoice(s).

If these terms of settlement are not adhered to Prosurf Extreme may without prejudice to any other rights charge interest of 20% above the Bank of England Base Interest Rate. This will be calculated on a day to day basis 7 days from the date and time the first credit was due and until payment is made in full. Payment should be made in the currency as reflected on the invoice with any transfer or bank charges required to make this payment paid in full.

Any discounts or commissions are given on the basis that payment will be made on or before the date as required by the invoice. These may be removed upon late payment on the invoice due and/or any other invoices pending. An updated invoice(s) may be issued to reflect the full charges for services without the discounts or commissions.

The Corporate Account holder will indemnify Prosurf Extreme against all fees, costs and expenses incurred in maintaining overdue credit and in seeking to recover sums payable in reclamation of debt.
