During the season, the wind is cross shore and good for 9m - 12m kites during our peak windy Kaskazi and Kusi seasons. It normally starts to kick in the morning and steadily builds to 20 - 25+ knots, occasionally dropping mid day, and then back up and through to the early evening. As the seasons reach their peak ( usually mid season) the winds clock in earlier each day and end later each day. At the tail end of each season, winds lighten up but are still great for learning and moves at 12m - 14m kite weather, see our
weather page for more detail on the seasons.
